Exceptional Service from Chloe and Zach! Our dining experience tonight was truly outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible waitress, Chloe! From the moment we sat down, Chloe was attentive, friendly, and remarkably fast. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed. What truly impressed us was her attention to detail and genuine care in ensuring our food was absolutely top-notch. Beyond Chloe's exceptional service, we were also delighted by the visit from the assistant manager, Zach. He personally delivered our food, which was a lovely touch, and his friendly aura was truly infectious. You could immediately tell that he takes pride in the restaurant and his team. His warm demeanor and genuine smile made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as customers. The seamless service we received from both Chloe and Zach speaks volumes about the quality of this location and the dedication of its staff. The speed and efficiency of the entire team were impressive, making for a truly enjoyable and stress-free dining experience. Thanks to Chloe's amazing service and Zach's friendly welcome, our party is already planning our return visit next week! I decided to have a quick bite before work, only instead of getting my food in about 10 minutes, it was taking around 30!!!! The waiter said it's been a really off day, and was very apologetic. I ended up having to take my food to go. The waiter more than made up for the inconvenience, and it's honestly his great service and friendly face that'll bring me back here. Those chicken tenders though.... to DIE FOR!!! My only complaint (other than the unusually long wait),was that 1 dipping sauce is not enough for 3 tenders!!!

We enjoyed the heated patio in January! The food was awesome, staff friendly and funny. We had a group of 5 with drinks, starters and full meals. Very much enjoyed this place!

Our new favourite place to go as a family or for a girls’ night! Great food and drinks every time we’ve come in; plus the service and management are very customer-oriented and warm. Will be sharing about our great experiences here at Brown’s with all our friends and family members!

Loved the outside patio, exceptional service from Ben and Zach. They were truly amazing, I have never had this type of service anywhere. They truly upped the game. Everything from welcome to goodnight was exceptionally done, and they went above and beyond to make sure our night was great. Thank you, Ben and Zach for making it such a great night.

We recently visited Browns in Langley centre and had THE most incredible, hand-breaded chicken strips that were part of their new chef’s corner menu. It’s been a long time since I’ve been left speechless by a meal, and these strips were worth every penny. Our server, Benjamin was awesome and made the entire experience a 10/10. Would recommend everyone head to Browns Langley to try this new menu item!

Our server Cailyn was awesome we have had her several times as we are here a lot. She is so nice, impeccable service, remembers our drink order and rings it in before we sit down then comes to confirm. She even remembered that I like my chicken super well done. She is friendly and attentive but not overbearing. She is an absolute gem. We have also had Ben on many occasions and he’s great too! Just visited again a Ben stopped by our table just to say hi. Best service team really!!!!

Had lunch today at Browns Social house. We had Gyoza to start. Loved the kick of spice in this dish. We then split half order of the blackened chicken fettuccine and chicken quesadillas. The sauce that came with the quesadilla was very nice, tasted like a chutney, it’s always been my favourite. The food was scrumptious and the service was superb too. Always consistent and tasty!
